The hardest part about coming back from the other side of the world isn't jetlag. When you land at about the same time of day that you take off, whether you sleep on the plane or not (I didn't) you'll be tired enough to go to sleep that night. No, the hardest part is getting the mealtimes back in order. See, I'm used to having luunch at about 1am CDT, and dinner at 5am CDT, so I keep waking up hungry in the middle of the night. Then, during the day, I'm not hunngry at all cause I slept from 8am CDT to 6PM CDT. Lucky for me, breakfast sort of masquerades as dinner, so at least I can get one meal in at a normal time.
